'Fugitive of the Week' Bagley Bagged
U.S. Marshals find David Bagley in Concord last week.

According to Concord Police arrest reports, Bagley was arrested at the Royal Gardens apartments at 5:25 p.m. on March 8. He was held on $70,000 cash bail.
The charges stem from alleged $290 worth of cocaine and Endocet drug sales on 46 Franklin Street on Jan. 20; the Durgin Block Garage on Jan. 26; at the intersection of Franklin and Lyndon streets on Feb. 8. The charges were all felonies.

The U.S. Marshals announced on March 11, that they had arrested a "Fugitive of the Week," David Bagley Sr., 57, on a number of charges last week.

The Concord Police Department requested for assistance from the Marshals back in January. Bagley was wanted on a number of warrants for drug charges, organized retail criminal enterprise, conspiracy, and theft.
Bagley was later featured in the "Fugitive of the Week" segment on WMUR-TV and other media outlets on Feb. 28. Information obtained led to the location and safe arrest of Bagley, according to a statement. He was processed by the Concord Police Department and held at the Merrimack County House of Correction until arraignment.
Since the creation of the New Hampshire Joint Fugitive Task Force more than 10 years ago, more than 5,300 arrests have occurred.
