The New Hampshire Parole Board issued the warrant for his arrest on Sept. 3, 2015.

“Little was most recently known to be living in North Conway,” according to Jeffrey White, a supervisory deputy U.S. Marshal and the task force coordinator. “Parole officers had a recent encounter with Little during which he is alleged to have assaulted his parole officer prior to fleeing. Little has violent tendencies and should only be approached by law enforcement with caution.”
