Fugitive Wanted for Bail Violations

This week’s Fugitive of the Week could be anywhere in New Hampshire or northern Massachusetts, according to the U.S. Marshals – New Hampshire Joint Fugitive Task Force.

Todd H. Burke, 51, is wanted for bail violations. He was arrested on conspiracy to distribute and possession with intent to distribute marijuana, more than 100 kilograms, according to police.

Burke allegedly violated the terms of his bail and the U.S. District Court issued a warrant for his arrest on Jan. 15, 2015.

He is 6-feet tall and weighs about 200 lbs. with brown-gray hair, brown eyes, and a medium build.
