“We strongly encourage and support MVSB employees in volunteering with and contributing to the organizations that they are most passionate about” said Sam Laverack, President and CEO for Meredith Village Savings Bank. “This Bank’s contribution match relies on the generosity our employees, so it only seemed natural for them to be included in the selection of agencies to receive this extra support.”

To achieve this outstanding level of giving, 118 employees gave an average of $284 each, which rose to $568 each with the Bank match. The success of the Bank’s annual United Way giving campaign would not have been possible without the enthusiasm and leadership of its coordinators, Patricia Colby, Cathy Sleeper and Susan Ross.
