The veteran financial software management professional brings more than three decades of business experience to her new role.

CONCORD, NH — Karen Cagney, a veteran financial software management professional, has been promoted to Revenue Cycle Manager by Granite VNA.
In her new role, Cagney will work closely with the home health and hospice agency’s Chief Financial Officer and Controller to ensure that the Revenue Cycle department runs smoothly and efficiently.
"I look forward to working more closely with Karen to refine and optimize our Revenue Cycle process, address various billing challenges and indirectly support our Utilization Review team,” said Granite VNA Chief Financial Officer James Manahan. “Karen brings valuable relevant experience, having worked in an IT support role previous to her promotion, and she has been a great resource for me, as I work and learn to enhance processes. She knows our people, processes and software platforms which will be important to strengthening our accounting and billing team."
