The Concord Young Professionals Network last week held a block party at Eagle Square and Tandy’s Pub & Grille which was its first event in more than a year.

After hosting so many online meetings, Tim Sink, the president of the chamber, said everyone was looking forward to meeting in public again.

“We are so excited to be hosting in-person events once again after meeting virtually for so long,” he said. “Outdoor events under a tent have been particularly popular. People like to be around other people.”
