Gun Flashed During Assault Incident At Concord Bar And Casino: Watch
Concord police are investigating an assault incident at The Draft on South Main Street, where witnesses claim a patron flashed a handgun.
CONCORD, NH — Concord police are investigating a gun threat and assault case after a downtown bar and casino on Tuesday.
Around 11:15 p.m., Concord police were requested to The Draft and Concord Casino on South Main Street for a report of an assault and a handgun being flashed. A man reportedly punched a woman in the face and pulled a handgun during the incident, witnesses told dispatch.
The incident occurred outside of the restaurant, with callers reporting the man was inside a vehicle, attempting to leave.

Several officers arrived, separated the witnesses, and investigated the incident. After hearing the call, a New Hampshire State Police trooper also arrived.
A gun was recovered during the investigation.

Officers spent about 30 minutes speaking to several witnesses about the incident and then, cleared the scene without making an arrest.
Deputy Chief John Thomas of the Concord Police Department said Thursday the incident was “still under investigation” and “no one has been charged.”
