HealthFirst Welcomes Prenatal Patients Starting January 5th
Joint effort between HealthFirst and LRGHealthcare Caring for Women launches January 5th

Franklin, NH: HealthFirst Family Care Center is proud to announce a new collaboration with the prenatal experts of LRGHealthcare Caring for Women. In an effort to consolidate and make services more convenient, the Prenatal Program will move to HealthFirst and serve all prenatal patients in the Franklin Regional Hospital area beginning Thursday, January 5th, 2017.
The HealthFirst Prenatal Program is staffed by experienced Medical Doctors, Certified Nurse Midwives, a Registered Dietician Nutritionist, and a Behavioral Health Specialist providing counseling services and other resources.
HealthFirst President and CEO Rick Silverberg said, “It just makes sense to welcome the Prenatal Program back to HealthFirst. As the local community health center and medical home, we are able to care for women as they prepare to give birth and beyond. We provide the highest quality comprehensive healthcare for mother, child, and the whole family. We offer skilled Primary Care Providers (PCPs) as well as a full spectrum of services including immunizations, Well-Child Checks, diabetes management, tobacco cessation, and more. Additionally, we are proud to point out that our pediatric specialist Catherine Holub-Smith, DNP, CPNP was awarded the 2015 NH Pediatric Nurse Practitioner of the Year Award, as well as the 2016 American Association of Nurse Practitioners State Award for Excellence.”
