Hearts for Kindness, Girls Inc., and Concord Realtors Fill Backpacks
For the fourth year in a row, backpacks were prepared for kids in need. This year, more than 200 were filled with school supplies.
CONCORD, NH — The Capitol Region Board of REALTORs, and Affiliates, along with Merrimack Mortgage, Hearts for Kindness and Girls Inc., joined forces on Aug. 16, 2016, in order to fill 215 backpacks with school supplies for the upcoming school season. This is the 4th annual "Back to School Backpack" drive spearheaded by the Capital Region Board of REALTORS. Last year, both Girls Inc. and Hearts for Kindness worked with the Board and the program has more than doubled from 100 back packs a few years ago. The Salvation Army distributed the backpacks and to families in need! They can be reached at 225-5587.
