According to an arrest report and court affidavit, officers were sent to North Spring Street to assist a probation officer who had allegedly found Hebert with numerous drugs during a home visit.

“Hebert admitted that people call her looking for drugs and she stated she used heroin last night and had been using heroin every other day for the past two weeks,” according to the probation officer.

Inside a small, striped bag, officers allegedly found needles, empty baggies, a spoon, a glass pipe, a Suboxone strip, a bag with four pills, and other items. Hebert allegedly stated that the pills were Valium but she didn’t have a prescription for the drug. They were later identified as Diazepam. In a second bag, officers alleged found heroin, a crack pipe, and more Suboxone.

During a conversation with the officer, she allegedly admitted that some of the items were hers and others belonged to her boyfriend, according to the court affidavit. Field tests were conducted and other items were sent to the state lab for testing.

Hebert was arrested and processed. During processing, the officer alleged that she exhibited signs of impairment and she was unable to stay awake, speak, or walk. She was transported to Concord Hospital for evaluation and then taken to the Merrimack County House of Corrections and held without bail.
