CONCORD, NH — Larz R. Menard, year of birth 1999, of Concord, was arrested at 4:17 p.m. on Oct. 31, 2017, on a criminal mischief-vandalism charge after an alleged incident on Parmenter Road.

Jennifer C. Sheehan, year of birth 1981, of South State Street in Concord, was arrested at 8:25 p.m. on Oct. 30, 2017, for default or breach of bail conditions after an alleged incident on Longmeadow Drive.
