Hooksett Fire Goes to Two Alarms

Concord, other units, head to the town to assist while Johns Drive fire is extinguished.

HOOKSETT, NH - Numerous mutual teams were sent to Hooksett to assist in covering the town and helping to put out a fire in a three-bay garage on 18 Johns Drive, according to reports.

Teams were sent to the home at just before 5:30 p.m. on April 12, 2016, and then it quickly went to two alarms, with the garage fully involved and heavy showing.

Mutual aid companies from as far away as Concord responded to assist with the fire and water supply, according to Jeffrey Hastings of Frame of Mind Photography, who took these photos.

The fire was brought under control in about an hour, with the garage being a total loss and the house receiving significant smoke and water damage. The fire is under investigation and unknown origin at this time.
