Human Resource Partners Expands Team

Human Resource Partners (HRP) is pleased to welcome Michelle Lanier to their team in the role of HR Business Partner. Michelle has more than 20 years of experience working in Human Resources across several fields. Her workplace knowledge encompasses finance, operations and customer service. This expansive viewpoint allows for a unique understanding of the role each employee plays in a company’s success, and how to best align HR with overall business needs.

In her new role at HRP, Michelle will assist clients with employee relations, worker’s compensation, safety, HR compliance, policies & procedures, benefits & payroll, workplace investigations, and process improvement.

Michelle holds a Master of Science in Human Resource Management, and has volunteered with several nonprofits, including Girl Scouts of the Green & White Mountains and Big Brothers Big Sisters of America.
