Hundreds Of New Hampshire Wrestlers Compete In Freshman, JV Tourney
Wrestlers from Concord, Amherst, Londonderry, Merrimack, Portsmouth, and other communities competed in freshman and JV matches on Friday.
CONCORD, NH — Wrestlers from more than a dozen schools competed at Concord High School on Friday in the New Hampshire Freshman State Championships & “Tiny’s” JV Worlds tournament.
Close to 170 wrestlers were expected to participate, including wrestlers from Alvirne High School in Hudson, Concord, Dover, Goffstown, Hopkinton, John Stark Regional in Weare, Londonderry, Merrimack, Pinkerton Academy in Derry, Portsmouth, Souhegan in Amherst, Spaulding in Rochester, St. Thomas Aquinas in Derry, and Timberlane Regional in Plaistow.
Souhegan took four first place and two third place finishes in the freshman places, while Timberlane won three first place, two second place, and three third place finishes. Pinkerton won two first place and three second and third place finishes. Merrimack took one first place and four fourth place finishes for freshmen.

In JV, Concord had seven first place and four second place finishes, followed by Portsmouth with five first place and four fourth place finishes. Alvirne, Goffstown, Londonderry, Pinkerton all had two first place finishes.
Freshman Results
A: John Fitzgerald of Timberlane came in first, Willem Pierce of Goffstown came in second, and Peter Sakash of Pinkerton came in third.

B: Biswa Darji of Concord came in first, Harold Hieronymus of Goffstown came in second, Aiden Couto of Spaulding came in third, and Connor Marshall of Merrimack came in fourth.
C: Ben Smiley of Souhegan came in first, Jayden Peralta of Timberlane came in second, Ethan Bilobram of Timberlane came in third, and Landon Leblance of Merrimack came in fourth.
D: Austin Silk of Souhegan came in first, Allan Bobiak of Souhegan came in second, Xavier Aftanas of Souhegan came in third, and Nicholas Roberts of Concord came in fourth.
E: Owen Foley of Souhegan came in first, Hunter Griffin of John Stark came in second, Gavin Oljey of Timberlane came in third, and Kael McAloon of Merrimack came in fourth.
F: Benjamin Walton of Goffstown came in first, Zack Morales of Timberlane came in second, Joshua Varney of Timberlane came in third, and Amir Safa of Merrimack came in fourth.
G: Noah Cataldo of Pinkerton came in first, Nate Ramos of Concord came in second, Mason Mobley of Souhegan came in third, and Patrick Casey of Souhegan came in fourth.
H: Carter Anderson of Merrimack came in first, Cameron Mewa of Pinkerton came in second, Connor Combs of Pinkerton came in third, and Liam Oliver of Spaulding came in fourth.
I: Jason O’Brien of Timberlane came in first, Aiden Ellis of Pinkerton came in second, Sullivan Conley of Goffstown came in third, and Noah Espinoza of John Stark came in fourth.
J: Francisco Carrasquillo of Timberlane came in first, Brody Baker of Spaulding came in second, Kellen Spear of Spaulding came in third, and Keegan Manthorn of Timberlane came in fourth.
K: Noah Mitchell of Portsmouth came in first, Wyatt Dutton of Merrimack came in second, Joseph Elnar of Merrimack came in third, and Jayden Campbell of Spaulding came in fourth.
L: Axel Gray of Souhegan came in first, Joseph Therrien of Pinkerton came in second, and Evan Cook of Portsmouth came in third.
M: Trevor Woscyna of Pinkerton came in first and Colin Tyo of John Stark came in second.

A: CJ Rheault of Concord came in first while Jameson O’Brien of Goffstown placed second.
B: Gabe Osborne of Goffstown placed first, Aaden Rivera of Spaulding came in second, Aiden Graham of Pinkerton came in third, and Aiden Nehiley of Alvirne came in fourth.
C: Owen Gregg of Concord came in first, Landon Carson of Souhegan came in second, Matthew Gormady of Pinkerton placed third, and Vincent Diamantopoulos of Pinkerton came in fourth.
D: Dominic Schinella of Concord placed first, Michael Shortill of Portsmouth came in second, Landon Shultz of Merrimack came in third, and Julianna Kajka of Pinkerton was fourth.
E: Ben Gotlieb of Portsmouth came in first, Don Mvuyekure of Concord came in second, Cole Mobley of Souhegan placed third, and Jaylynn Valentin of Londonderry came in fourth.
F: Sawyer McCready of Concord placed first, Brendon Egan of Londonderry came in second, Nick Locke of Pinkerton was third, and Alex Sarfde of Souhegan was fourth.
G: Moused Rahmani of Londonderry was first, Marcus Stout of Souhegan came in second, Jack Digloria of Goffstown was third, and Jack Lufkin of Pinkerton was fourth.
H: Logan Jenista of Concord was first, Sean Gendron of Merrimack was second, Nolan Linstad of Hopkinton was third, and Jin Schmitt of Portsmouth was fourth.
I: Alex Sykora of Portsmouth came in first, Conner Parsons of Londonderry placed second, Mohamed Ibrahim of Concord was third, and Isabelle Brandt of Souhegan placed fourth.
J: Ryley Holt of Concord placed first, Andrew Healey of Souhegan came in second, Ben Dickieson of Alvirne placed third, and Derek Perretti Jr. of St. Thomas Aquinas in Derry came in fourth.
K: Connor Anderson of Londonderry was first, Colby Waszeciak of Concord second, Jillian Boncore of Alvirne placed third, and Gavin Kerkensen of Spaulding came in fourth.
L: Joey Lydon of Alvirne came in first, Graham Cagle of Pinkerton was second, Jake Huntley of Londonderry was third, and Kennedy Hammond of Portsmouth was fourth.
M: Ryan Couillard of Pinkerton was first, Jackson Molleur of Dover second, Julian Cavarretta of Alvirne came in third, and Cullen Dennett of Portsmouth was fourth.
N: Quintin Tetreault of Alvirne came in first, Chase Prado of Londonderry was second, Kyle Surprenant of Alvirne came in third, and Kellen Whitney of Pinkerton was fourth.
O: Sean Broderick of Pinkerton came in first, Micah Dibble of Souhegan was second, Madison Beauregard of Concord placed third, and Logan Burke of Alvirne placed fourth.
