ICE Agents, NH Corrections Searching For Convicted Drug Dealer Released On Parole In 2011
Corrections investigators believe Xavier R. Lopez may be back in New Hampshire after evading agents in Florida, Indiana, and Massachusetts.

CONCORD, NH — Investigators from New Hampshire and the federal government are asking for the public’s help finding a convicted drug dealer who is wanted on a violation after absconding from the parole board 13 years ago.
Xavier R. Lopez is 41, Hispanic, about 5 feet, 9 inches tall, and weighs around 205 pounds. He has brown eyes and black hair. Lopez has scars on his left wrist and chest and has been known to use the aliases “Omar Guzman-Guerrero,” “Jose Vasquez,” and “Lopez Xavier.” He has active warrants from the New Hampshire Parole Board and U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement.
According to corrections, Lopez was sentenced to eight to 20 years in prison for possession with intent to distribute cocaine and heroin. After being released on parole, he absconded from supervision in 2011.
