Indie Comedy Filming in NH Launches Kickstarter

NH-based independent film company is raising funds for the upcoming comedy "Most Likely."

Bang! Films, an independent film production company located in Concord, has launched a Kickstarter to raise funds for our upcoming movie, Most Likely. The movie is an offbeat romantic comedy that revolves around the wedding of Kurt and Chloe, a laid-back couple who, rather than having a traditional wedding, decide to invite their closest friends for a weekend at a vacation house that belongs to Kurt’s family. Over the course of the weekend, wine is poured (and other substances are imbibed), old friendships are tested and new relationships begin. Most Likely is written and directed by New Hampshire native Andrew Bemis and features a cast and crew of up-and-coming New England talent.

The movie’s Kickstarter campaign is raising funds towards compensating cast and crew for their time, as well as helping pay for things like props, costumes and catering for the production. Any funds pledged will only be collected by Kickstarter if the movie reaches its goal by April 7, and there are no other expenses involved for those who contribute. The film is also offering a variety of unique movie-themed rewards for people pledging at various levels. The Kickstarter page and video (produced with the help of Concord TV) can be viewed here, and more information can be found at the Bang! Films webpage.
