Injuries Reported After Driver Of A Kia Crashes Into Concord Target Store: Video
A pregnant woman and a child were taken to Concord Hospital after a crash at the Concord Heights store on D'Amante Drive Monday afternoon.
CONCORD, NH — Two people were taken to Concord Hospital after the driver of a Kia Soul crashed into the front door of the Target on Concord Heights on Monday afternoon.
Around 5:15 p.m., police and fire and rescue teams were sent to the store for a report of a crash. Fire dispatch told first responders heading to the scene at least one juvenile was injured and possibly an adult needed assistance, too. They also said no one was trapped, but the vehicle was wedged between the store’s doors.
The first officer on scene confirmed the crash. They also confirmed one of the passengers in the vehicle was pregnant.

Several other officers arrived and interviewed witnesses who saw the crash.
When firefighters arrived, they roped off the area and began inspecting the building for structural issues.

A third ambulance was also requested.
Police identified the driver as a man in his early 30s. The injured woman was in her late 20s.
The woman and a juvenile were both taken to Concord Hospital by ambulance.
An officer was requested to be sent to the hospital to conduct interviews.
