Irony is Sometimes Wet

It was raining in Concord and then, the lawn sprinklers went on.

After following up on a report of an accident on I-393 on June 11, I was driving on North State Street, in the rain, and while stopped at a light, I saw lawn sprinklers activated during the storm at a local business. It struck me as odd that the sprinklers would be running after nearly two inches of rain had fallen in the city and there were regional flood warnings issued by the National Weather Service. But when systems are automated, like sprinklers, they just activate, whether needed or not.

Have you seen anything around the city that's a bit odd or ironic or puzzling? Snap a picture, upload it here, and tell us about it. Or leave a note in the comment section about something you've seen or heard.
