PITTSFIELD, NH — A man from Concord faces multiple charges after being accused of fleeing from police and crashing his motorcycle on Wednesday.

Police attempted to stop a motorcyclist, identified later as Christopher Janes, 55, of Concord, in the area of Catamount Road. Janes, however, was accused of failing to stop. Officers decided not to pursue him. Janes, police said, continued to flee but was unable to negotiate a turn in the road a short time later, leading to him crashing his motorcycle, a report stated.
