CONCORD, NH — The Concord Parks and Recreation Department will hold a public meeting about installing field lights at Keach Park.

The Concord City Council, as part of the fiscal year 2024 capital improvement plan, approved $345,000 for lights on a field at the park and $30,000 for design.

Community meetings will be held as part of the design process to “develop community consensus on a preferred design concept and usage plan for the lit field space.” The city’s Recreation and Parks Advisory Committee and the Airport Advisory Committee will participate in the meetings along with park users, including applicable leagues, abutting property owners, community groups, and other interested stakeholders.
