Kyle Perkins of Concord NH is scheduled in Merrimack County Court

Kyle Perkins of Concord NH is scheduled in Merrimack County Superior Court today Hearing on Imposition of Sentence. Back in 2015 Mr Kyle Perkins was arrested for stealing more then 26 iPads from the Manchester School District and keeping them in his Concord owned EZ Computer and iPhone Repair on South Main Street.
Search warrants were issued after a joint investigation between the Goffstown, Concord and Manchester police departments, along with the Hillsborough County Sheriff’s Office. Mr Kyle Perkins lost in Jury trial and has been fighting the sentence since. The Concord police have made a good case in these stolen items.
