Lamothe Named General Manager of Concord Olive Garden

CONCORD, NH - Regan Lamothe has been promoted to general manager of Olive Garden’s newly remodeled Concord location, where she will lead more than 80 team members.

Lamothe started her career with the restaurant about 12 years ago as a server, and has since taken on several roles, such as service manager and culinary manager before accepting her current position.

Lamothe is not new to owning a full plate of responsibility, and she is excited to start serving the community as general manager.

The remodeled restaurant located at 223 Loudon Road features a vibrant, new look with updated artwork, fabrics and materials, lighting, seating and flooring that create a warm and stylish atmosphere, according to a press statement.

The modern look brings TVs and charging stations for guests to re-charge their phones and laptops in the bar area. The restaurant lobby features high-definition monitors with scenic footage of Italy, and the dining room area has been updated to include wine pouring stations and glass-encased floor-to-ceiling wine cabinets.

Lamothe looks forward to seeing guest’s reactions to the upgrades, as well as leading this newly redesigned restaurant.
