
At the Langley Parkway Public Information Meeting October 10th, 2013 Mayor Bouley indicated that funding for the parkway does not exist. He went on to say the project is not a priority of the the City Council and that everyone should contact their Councilor to inform them of their support or opposition.

The 2014 City Budget has the following to say about CIP-40 in the document CIP Detail_201305: "In January 2008 and again in January 2010, City Council listed this project as one of their top ten priorities."
