Large Cow Walks Up To Bristol Business, Looks Through Door

CONCORD, NH — The Mid-State Health Center in Bristol got a special visitor Tuesday morning: a large cow who likely did not have an appointment.

"How to say you work in New Hampshire without saying you work in New Hampshire," the Bristol Police Department wrote on Facebook alongside a photo of the cow looking through the glass-door entrance to the building.

Police told Patch authorities were called to the area after someone reported two steers and a donkey on the loose, all three of which were later found at Mid-State Health.

"There is a farm just down the road, and after checking with them we confirmed that all three were owned by them," police said Wednesday. "The owner then walked all three back to the farm."
