- IMPACTS...DANGEROUS WIND CHILLS MAY RESULT IN FROSTBITE OR HYPOTHERMIA.
- WINDS...NORTHWEST 10 TO 20 MPH WITH GUSTS UP TO 40 MPH.
- TEMPERATURES...6 BELOW TO 19 ABOVE ZERO.
