Lawrence Woman Arrested On 5 Credit Card Fraud Charges: Salem Cop Log

SALEM, NH — Frank Donald Ciarlone, 24, of Green Haven Road in Salem was arrested at 10:37 p.m. on Sept. 10 on a domestic violence-simple assault charge. A caller accused Ciarlone of being in “a manic state” and requested assistance. He was arrested and held on preventative detention at the Rockingham County Jail.

Jawan Emerald Singleton, 23, of Warren Street in Haverhill, Massachusetts, was arrested at 7:01 p.m. on Sept. 10 on a domestic violence-simple assault charge. At Market Basket on South Broadway Street, police were requested after a witness reported two people possibly engaged in a domestic incident in front of the store. The pair then fled the area toward Kohl’s. Officers spoke with them and arrested Singleton. He was released on personal recognizance later.

Adam Nicholas Kelly, 37, of Hampshire Drive in Derry was arrested at 12:46 a.m. on Sept. 10 on a driving under the influence charge. Police were sent to the Speedway on North Broadway Street for a suspicious vehicle report. An officer found a man passed out behind the wheel and a vehicle on a curb. Kelly was arrested, taken into protective custody, and taken to the Rockingham County Jail.

Jeremiah Douglas Hayes, 42, of Banks Avenue in Salem was arrested at 9:38 p.m. on Sept. 1 on operating without a valid license and driving after revocation or suspension charges after a motor vehicle stop on Zion Hill Road. He was released on personal recognizance later.

Alexis Yvonne Keene, 30, of Middlesex Avenue in Wilmington, MA, was arrested at 7:40 p.m. on Sept. 1 on driving after revocation or suspension, receiving stolen property-less than $1,000, driver’s license prohibitions, and disobeying an officer charges after a suspicious vehicle call at M&N Borderline Discount on South Broadway Street.

Fabio Iacopino, 36, of Great Oak Street in North Andover, MA, was arrested at 11:06 a.m. on Sept. 1 on a willful concealment charge. He was arrested on a warrant and released on personal recognizance.

Ana Abreu, 20, of Willow Street in Lawrence, MA, was arrested at 9:28 a.m. on Sept. 1 on five credit card fraud-less than $1,000 charges. She was arrested on a warrant and released on personal recognizance.

Joshua David Gelinas III, 22, of West 6th Street in Lowell, MA, was arrested at 8:33 p.m. on Aug. 11 on disorderly conduct and resisting arrest or detention charges after a report of a disturbance at Canobie Lake Park on North Policy Street.

Jesus Roldan, 33, of Hildreth Street in Lowell, MA, was arrested at 2:51 p.m. on Aug. 11 on driving after revocation or suspension-subsequent and willful concealment-less than $1,000 charges. He was arrested on a warrant at Lowell District Court, refused bail, and was taken to jail.
