Leaf Collection Continues in Concord Next Week

General Services is asking residents to avoid on-street parking so crews can remove leaves.

Highways and Utilities crews of Concord General Services are planning to resume Fall Leaf Collection next week!

Recent weather conditions temporarily suspended collection. The weather has kept Highway and Utilities crews busy with snow and debris removal for the last two weeks.

Weather forecasts indicate this upcoming week to have milder conditions, in which crews hope to resume Fall Leaf Collection.

Starting on Monday, Dec. 15, crews will resume collection in the areas that have not been collected. Two particular areas highlighted in these images have a lot of on-street parking that could inhibit collection efforts. We ask residents in these areas to avoid on-street parking next week to help crews remove leaves.

The first area is bounded by Pleasant Street, South Spring Street, West Street, and South State Street.
