Library cards are free to all residents of Concord and Penacook and to Concord teachers and business owners. Kids can sign up too!

Library Card Sign up is a great opportunity to tell friends and family about the wonders of having a library card! Every new library card sign-up and renewal will be entered into a raffle for a book swag gift bag! Recommend a friend or family member to sign up for a card, and be entered into a raffle as well.
