The Lofts at 93 North, A New Concord Apartment Complex, About Half Full, Brady Sullivan Says
The former New Hampshire Department of Transportation buildings have been redeveloped into apartments in Concord.
CONCORD, NH — Brady Sullivan Properties' newest apartment complex, The Lofts at 93 North, is officially open, according to the Manchester-based company.
The development includes 80 apartments in buildings that formerly housed the New Hampshire Department of Transportation. The property was redeveloped for residential use while preserving the site's historic character.
The community offers one-, two-, three-, and four-bedroom apartments. Each unit includes central air conditioning, stainless-steel appliances, an in-unit washer and dryer, oversized windows, and designer flooring and finishes.

The development also includes shared amenities such as access to a fitness center, a game room, an outdoor patio with a fire pit and propane grill, and pet-friendly amenities. The company also said the landscaping uses vegetation native to New Hampshire, which it said supports sustainability and the local ecosystem.
Rents range from $2,200 to $3,600 per month. The company said about half the apartments have been leased.

“We’re excited to bring The Lofts at 93 North to Concord,” said a spokesperson for Brady Sullivan Properties. “With modern apartments, great amenities, and a prime downtown location, this community offers something for everyone.”
The opening added another residential option in Concord's downtown area, with the site positioned within walking distance of downtown and near I-93. The release describes the project as a blend of accessibility, modern features, and reuse of a former state property.
Brady Sullivan Properties is based in Manchester and develops apartments, commercial spaces, and storage facilities in New Hampshire, Massachusetts, Rhode Island, and Connecticut, according to the release. The company said it has more than 60 years of combined experience and a team of more than 260 people.
