Long List of House Members Endorse GOP's Edelblut

Fifty-seven Representatives, including numerous Hillsborough County legislators, say they will support the business leader in September.

MANCHESTER, NH — Republican gubernatorial candidate, state Rep. Frank Edelblut, R-Wilton, released a "long list" of House members endorsing his campaign. On Aug. 2, 2016, the campaign released the names of 57 legislators who are endorsing his campaign for governor.

"These local Republican leaders from all over New Hampshire know that we need a new, stronger, pro-economic growth governor in New Hampshire," said Edelblut in a statement. "These leaders know I have a proven track record of standing up against government waste, promoting liberty and supporting common sense conservative values. They also know I have a proven track record of creating jobs in the private sector. That's what New Hampshire needs."

Hillsborough County Reps. include Chris Adams, Keith Ammon, John Balcom, Rick Christie, James Coffey, Dan Donovan, Eric Eastman, Elizabeth Ferreira, Bart Fromuth, Linda Gould, Edith Hogan, Joe Lachance, Don Lebrun, Don McClarren, Mark McLean, Josh Moore, Bill Ohm, Kimberly Rice, Eric Schleien, Carl Seidel, Tammy Simmons, Kathleen Souza, Greg Smith, Victoria Sullivan, and Jordan Ulery.

Merrimack County Reps. include Harold French, J.R. Hoell, Werner Horn, Carol McGuire, and Dan McGuire.

Rockingham County Reps. include Allen Cook, Tracy Emerick, Dick Gordon, Dan Itse, Jeff Oligny, Jason Parent, Katherine Prudhomme-O'Brien, James Spillane, Dan Tamburello, and Michael Vose.

Other Reps. also endorsing include Glen Aldrich, Steven Beaudoin, Susan Delemus, Valerie Fraser of Belknap County, Warren Groen, Joe Hannon, Ray Howard, Paul Ingbretson, Tom Kaczynski, Jim McConnell, Joe Pitre, Mike Sylvia, Len Turcotte, Peter Varney, Joshua Whitehouse, Ted Wright, and Kurt Wuelper.

Edelblut, according to the campaign, is the only Republican candidate for governor who is not a lifelong or career politician. He is a successful entrepreneur and job creator who started a small business and grew it to 800 employees and huge revenues. His company helped job creators navigate red tape and regulations which hindered job growth. As a trained CPA who worked at Price Waterhouse, Edelblut has a proven ability to find and fight waste, fraud, and abuse in budgets. He is married to his wife Kathy of thirty years and they are parents to seven children. As a public servant, Edelblut has successfully passed legislation and maintained a consistent record on the issues. He is a proven voice for efficient government, low taxes, safety with liberty, support for our veterans, educational choice, the 2nd Amendment, right-to-life, and support for New Hampshire's outdoors.
