Police: Teens were allegedly caught with beer in Concord Park.

Three underage locals were arraigned on summonses after allegedly getting caught with beer in Rolfe Park last month.

All three denied drinking but Wood allegedly was holding a green can that later turned out to be Rolling Rock beer. Wood denied it was his beer and Mullikin allegedly admitted it was hers and she had given it to Wood so she could adjust her clothes.

Another officer arrived at the scene and more beer was allegedly located in the vehicle.

All three were asked to submit to a portable breath test and later, were issued the summonses, with court dates in November.

Back in June, Thibault was arrested on DWI and other charges after allegedly falling asleep in her running car in a McDonald’s parking lot on Fisherville Road.
