Loudon Woman Gets 15 Days In Jail In Medicaid Fraud Case
Allison Arsenault was sentenced yesterday on two felony counts after making false claims about a disabled relative to Community Bridges.

CONCORD, NH — A local woman will spend a little more than two weeks in jail after pleading guilty to two felony fraud counts involving Medicaid claims, according to the New Hampshire Attorney General’s Office. Allison Arsenault, 48, of Loudon, was sentenced on May 13, 2019, on the two counts in Merrimack County Superior Court. Between December 2015, and November 2017, she presented false claims to Community Bridges that she was procuring services for a relative.
The nonprofit agency coordinates services developmentally disabled residents of the state.
The services, however, were never rendered. Arsenault pocketed $14,616.24 in reimbursement claims.

Arsenault was sentenced yesterday to 12 months in the House of Corrections with all but 15 days suspended for three years as well as another one to two years in state prison, also suspended for three years, according to the NH AG. She is also required to pay back the money.
The department noted that it was Community Bridges that reported the matter to the NH DHHS. Investigators there then made the referral to the NH AG’s Office.
