Man, 21, Falls Up To 30 Feet In New Hampshire Ice Climbing Accident

The man, identified as Ryan Cooper of Fairhope, suffered a leg injury in the fall, officials said.

BARTLETT, NH — A 21-year-old Alabama man was injured when he fell 20 to 30 feet while ice climbing on Cathedral Ledge in Bartlett Sunday afternoon, according to New Hampshire Fish and Game.

The man, identified as Ryan Cooper of Fairhope, suffered a leg injury in the fall, officials said.

Officials found Cooper at the base of the cliff after he was lowered to ground level by his climbing partner.
