Officers were called to the Residence Inn on Hall Street for a report of a man passed out in a vehicle in the rear of the property. An employee made the call and stated to dispatch that the man appeared to have just “shot up” drugs since he saw tinfoil next to the man in the car. The employee also stated that he had previously asked the man to leave the property in the past, according to the report.
When the officers arrived, they saw a Toyota Corolla leaving the parking lot with a man, later identified as Bologna, reportedly driving. Both of the officers recognized Bologna who had an alleged “history of illegal drug use” and that he “was dealing illegal drugs out of his car,” including meth, pot, spice, and heroin, according to the arrest report.

The reporting officer pulled up next to him and asked to speak with him and Bologna reportedly agreed. They pulled into an adjacent parking lot and as they did, Bologna allegedly drove over a curb and onto the grass.
“Bologna then pulled forward off of the curb and then backed up again and nearly struck a trailer and several motorcycles,” the officer alleged. “I began to suspect, based off of Bologna’s poor vehicle operation and the reason why we had been called to this location, that he may be under the influence of an intoxicating substance and may have been involved in the use of illegal drugs.”
The officers asked him to exit his vehicle and he reportedly did and while doing so, “was extremely unsteady on his feet and appeared to be having a difficult time keeping his balance.” While speaking with Bologna, he reportedly admitted that he was sleeping in his car behind the hotel and had been passed out earlier.
The reporting officer went to speak to the hotel employee and then returned and looked inside the Corolla and reportedly found lighters, cellophane wrappers, and tinfoil. The officer questioned Bologna about his alleged drug use and later, he agreed to a field sobriety test and was arrested.
Bologna was given a no trespass letter for the hotel and ordered not to return. The officer also learned that he was arrested in September by the New Hampshire State Police for DWI and other charges, according to the report.
According to the drug dealing warrants, Bologna was allegedly involved in three incidents – one, at the Dunkin’ Donuts on Manchester Street on April 22, 2015, and two at the Dunkin’ Donuts on Stickney Avenue on June 17, 2015. The sales allegedly involved $245 worth of crack cocaine, morphine, and Seroquel.
Bologna is due in court on Nov. 9.
