Man Arrested on Indecent Exposure, Lewdness, Other Charges
Concord Police allege that Scott Hollis was fondling, exposing himself to the public at the Sewalls Falls Recreation Area.

A Concord man was arrested twice in one week earlier this month, according to arrests reports and court affidavits.
Scott David Hollis, 26, of Concord, was arrested at 9:52 a.m. on Aug. 3, on a driving after revocation or suspension charge, and arrested again at 3:55 p.m. on Aug. 5, and charged with indecent exposure and lewdness, and default or breach of bail conditions.
In the driving incident, while on Rockingham Street, an officer reportedly observed a vehicle he had past contacts with and asked dispatch to check the plate, according to the report. Dispatch advised that the owner of the vehicle, Hollis, might be operating with a suspended license. The officer caught up with the vehicle at South State and West streets.

When asked for his license, Hollis reportedly told the officer he didn’t have one and presented a New Hampshire non-driver's identification. Other officers arrived and Hollis was taken into custody. He was later released on $2,500 personal recognizance bail and is due to be arraigned in court on the charge on Sept. 9.
Hollis, according to the report, was convicted of DWI in Concord District Court, after being arrested on March 17, 2012, on I-93 by New Hampshire State Police.

Two days later, officers were called to the Sewalls Falls Road Recreation Area for a report of a public indecency incident. Another officer had Hollis in custody and alleged that he was “drinking alcohol and masturbating on park grounds.”
Witnesses alleged that Hollis was “fondling” himself and exposed himself in front of others. A woman, according to a court affidavit, attempted to make Hollis aware of the fact that others could see what he was doing by saying, “Did you lose your dog?” Hollis reportedly ignored the woman, moved towards a rock wall, and allegedly continued masturbating. At the rock wall, Hollis allegedly stood holding a can of beer while moving his hand “in and out of his pants, rubbing his crotch,” according to the report.
“I could smell the strong odor of an alcoholic beverage coming from Scott’s body and breath,” according to the reporting officer.
Hollis was arrested and held on $5,000 cash bail. He was arraigned on Aug. 6.
