Man Dies After Accident on Icy I-89
New Hampshire State Police called to UPS tractor-trailer, car accident in Grantham.

A Hillsboro man lost his life after a motor vehicle crash on I-89 early this morning.
Maxwell Miller, 23, of Hillsboro, was pronounced dead at the scene by New Hampshire State Police after they were called to a crash between Miller’s Subaru and a tractor-trailer truck on I-89 North in Grantham.
The accident was near Mile Marker 41.8.

According to state police, at around 4:20 a.m. on Nov. 18, Miller lost control of his Subaru on the icy road surfaces, spun around, striking guardrails off of the passing lane and into the travel lane. When the Subaru veered back into the passing lane, a UPS tractor-trailer truck that was driving on the highway struck it. The driver of the truck was not injured.
State Police are still investigating the crash. Grantham Fire and Rescue teams assisted at the scene, according to a report.
