Man Faces Drug Dealing Charges

Concord Police charge man with springtime felonies.

A Concord man faces a slew of drug charges after alleged incidents in April and May.

Donald K. Taylor, 56, of Concord, was arrested on Nov. 14, and charged with criminal threatening (intimidation, etc.), possession of narcotic drug with intent to distribute, a felony, two counts of sale of controlled drugs, both felonies, and possession of controlled drug and penalties where controlled drug was kept.

According to Concord Police arrest reports, Taylor was arrested at 10:15 a.m. on Fisherville Road.

The alleged victim from the criminal threatening charge was a Concord man who was a stranger to Taylor

The sale of controlled drugs charges, according to reports, stem from alleged incidents on April 26, and May 10, where Taylor was allegedly in possession of 15.8 grams of marijuana.

Taylor refused bail and had a court date on Nov. 15.
