Man Faces Numerous Drug Charges

Concord Police allege four sales transactions in September.

A Concord man was arrested recently on drug charges stemming from alleged sales last year.

Sean Michael Carslaw, 25, of Concord, was arrested at 1:45 p.m. on Jan. 9, on four counts of sale of controlled drugs, all felonies.

According to a Concord Police arrest report, police allege that the sales transactions occurred on Sept. 12, Sept. 18, Sept. 25, and Sept. 28, 2012, on Manchester Street.

The combined value of the drug sales was $2,690 but the exact type of drug was redacted from the arrest report.

Cash bail was set at $20,000 and Carslaw was arraigned on Jan. 10.

According to an arrest report, an officer was dispatched to Rollins Street to arrest Carslaw.

A 72-hour hold was issued due to Carslaw being on probation.

Carslaw, according to published reports, has been arrested a couple of times during the last few years. He was arrested in March 2011, on suspended registration and driving after revocation or suspension charges. Carslaw was also arrested in April 2007, and charged with possession of a controlled drug and possession of drug paraphernalia (a glass pipe), according to the published reports.
