Man Fails To Appear At Fentanyl, Death Resulting Charge: Marshals

CONCORD, NH — The District of New Hampshire - New Hampshire Joint Fugitive Task Force is actively seeking a Strafford County fugitive who is wanted on drug dealing charges, according to a press alert. Benjamin MacKenzie, 21, allegedly failed to appear in court on sale of a controlled drug-fentanyl and distribute fentanyl-death result charges. A warrant was issued for his arrest on Nov. 3, 2017, according to Deputy U.S. Marshal Brandon Wilson.

MacKenzie is 5 feet, 8 inches tall and weighs around 150 lbs. He has blue eyes and brown hair. MacKenzie was indicted earlier this month after allegedly selling the drug to Bryanna Frechette, 19, of Rochester, in December 2016, according to Fosters.com.

Back in January 2016, he was arrested in Rochester for drug possession, disorderly conduct and contempt, according to Fosters.com. In August 2015, he was arrested false report to law enforcement and bicycle/moped headlamp required violation, the newspaper noted online.
