Manchester Man Clocked at 101 mph on I-93

New Hampshire State Police arrested Taif Nouri in Bow.

The New Hampshire State Police have arrested a Manchester man after he was allegedly caught speeding on I-93 in Bow, according to a report.

Taif S. Nouri, 30, of Manchester, was arrested at around 11 a.m. on Oct. 31, and charged with reckless operation and endangering the welfare of a child.

According to a report, the state police’s special enforcement unit was conducting a traffic enforcement detail on I-93 in Bow when an aircraft clocked a vehicle allegedly traveling 101 mph in a 65 mph zone. The vehicle was pulled over and Nouri was arrested. A woman and child were passengers in the vehicle, according to the report. He was later released on bail and is due in court on Dec. 15.

“The NH State Police Special Enforcement Unit regularly interdicts elevated speed violations and other aggressive driving behaviors,” according to Sgt. Mark Hall. “Its members patrol across the state often utilizing the State Police aircraft during commuter traffic periods and holiday travel times with the goal of keeping New Hampshire’s roadways safe for all residents and visitors.”
