Manchester Woman Dies After Driving Off A Road In Hooksett And Crashing Into A Tree
Jessica Gurney, 42, of Manchester, was driving a Jeep Compass on Smyth Road before striking a tree on Thursday morning.

HOOKSETT, NH — A woman from Manchester was killed after a crash on Smyth Road in Hooksett on Thursday morning, according to police.
Around 7:15 a.m., officers were sent to the road at the intersection with Prescott Heights Road for a report of a single-vehicle crash. The vehicle, a Jeep Compass, left the roadway and struck a tree, police said.
The driver and only occupant, Jessica Gurney, 42, of Manchester, was taken to the hospital, where she died due to injuries from the crash, police said.

The road was closed for about three and a half hours during the Hooksett Crash Reconstruction Unit investigation.
Police said the crash was still under investigation.
