Manhunt Underway for Fugitive Gang Member
"Dangerous" convicted bank robber Raymond Aviles Rios escaped from a federal halfway house in New Hampshire today. Have you seen him?
CONCORD, NH - U.S. Marshals are asking for the public’s assistance finding Raymond Aviles Rios, 28, who escaped from a halfway house this afternoon, according to an alert.
Rios, according to Deputy Marshal Jeffrey White, fled the Hampshire House, a federal halfway house located on Elm Street in Manchester, at just after noontime on May 11, 2016, after being informed of several rule violations.

“Rios was last seen running south on Hampshire Lane towards Dow Street, wearing black pants, a grayish-blue Under Armour sweatshirt with the Under Armour symbol printed in a greenish color on the chest while wearing a dark colored baseball style cap,” White stated.
Rios was serving part of a 55 month federal sentence for a December 2011 bank robbery in Manchester, according to White, who added, "Rios has a long criminal history involving several crimes of violence, and he should definitely be considered dangerous."

Rios is a white male, 5-feet, 10-inches tall, and weighs 192 lbs., with brown hair and eyes. He has a number of aliases including “Nelson Rios,” “Carols Martinez,” and Ramon Rios-Vega,” according to an alert. Rios has numerous tattoos all over his body.
