An officer on South Main Street noticed three women walking along the street with one reportedly darting out in the middle of the Pleasant and Main streets intersection while not waiting for the crosswalk light, according to an arrest report.
After they finished crossing the street, the officer continued north, turned west onto School Street, and then swung around to North State Street. When approaching Pleasant Street, he reportedly saw the women at the intersection. The officer observed them running into the middle of the street again and stopped them for questioning.

The women stated they were coming from Chi Cha’s and were walking home. When asked what they were doing in the middle of the street, they stated, “Doing the Marylyn Monroe pose over the vent,” according to the report.
“All three females were wearing pants,” the officer noted.
All three stated they were of legal age, reportedly admitted they had been drinking, and were asked for IDs. The officer checked the IDs and two were OK. The third woman, however, handed a non-driver’s license stating she was 23, with a name he recognized that was not her, the officer alleged, since he had past encounters with the woman in the ID.
The woman, later identified as Gaynor, reportedly stated she didn’t have her license but gave her name and an age of 20. She reportedly had “red and glossy” eyes and was “swaying while she stood still,” the officer alleged. After placing her purse against a wall to the sidewalk, he real ID reportedly fell out, the report alleged.
Gaynor was arrested and she allegedly admitted to have nips in her purse. The officer later found six full and one empty 50 ml bottles in her purse.
During processing, she allegedly vomited multiple times and at least once during booking, the officer had to “rush over” to prevent her from falling. She also fell asleep three times during processing, according to the report.
“I had to say her name loudly to wake her up to check on her,” the officer alleged.
Gaynor is due in court on Jan. 11, 2016.
