Marshals are Hunting for Alleged NH Fentanyl Dealer

Scott Ashton is also wanted for a probation violation after being convicted of robbery and burglary. Have you seen him?

CONCORD, NH – This week’s The District of New Hampshire - New Hampshire Joint Fugitive Task Fugitive of the Week is Scott Evan Ashton, 38, who is wanted out of Hillsborough and Rockingham counties on warrants for probation violation and possession with intent to distribute fentanyl.

The warrants stem from an alleged drug dealing accusation after Ashton was previously convicted of robbery and burglary, according to Deputy Jamie Berry of the U.S. Marshals Service.

Ashton is 6 feet tall, weighs 172 lbs., and has blue eyes and brown hair with medium skin tone. He has tattoos on his chest, abdomen, back, left and right arms, neck, left thigh and ankle, and right calf.

Sheriffs have been hunting for Ashton for nearly two years after warrants were issued in July and August 2014.

“Ashton has a lot of ties to Southern NH and Massachusetts, where he has friends, family and associates,” Berry noted.
