“Martin was last known to be living in the Weathersfield, VT, area where he has family, friends and associates,” according to Deputy Marshal Jamie Berry, although he could be anywhere.
According to press reports in Vermont, alleged drug habits fueled the robberies in that state that Martin and accomplice were allegedly involved in. In September, Martin pled guilty to robbing a bank and credit union and was to be extradited to Rhode Island, his birthplace state, for being a fugitive. He also pled guilty to assault and robbery with a weapon in February, according to press reports.
