Marshals: Fugitive of the Week Failed to Appear at Heroin Hearing

The New Hampshire Joint Fugitive Task Force is looking for Julio Rivera. Have you seen him?

This week’s Fugitive of the Week is Julio A. Rivera, 47, who is wanted on a Hillsborough County warrant for allegedly failing to appear on drug charges, including heroin, back in February 2014.

Rivera is 5-8, about 150 lbs., with brown hair and eyes. He has tattoos on his chest, wrist, and arms, of a skull, clown, masks, and the name, “Kristen.”

According to the New Hampshire Joint Fugitive Task Force, Rivera was last known to live in Manchester. He also has ties to Lawrence and Lynn, MA.
