“Smith is wanted on an arrest warrant in Belknap County for failure to appear on a narcotics charge (Meth) and out of Merrimack County for possession of heroin,” according to Deputy Marshal Jeffrey White. “Smith was last known to be living in the Tilton area of Belknap County.”

White noted that Smith should be considered “armed and dangerous” and marshals are asking anyone who sees him or knows where he is to contact the USMS office at 603-225-1632, call 1-877-WANTED-2, or submit a WEB-TIP, or TEXT NHTIP with any information to TIP411. Do not attempt to apprehend him yourself, White noted.
