The warrant against Miller was issued last week out of U.S. District Court for bail violations after being charged in a federal criminal case for heroin sales, according to Deputy Marshal Jeffrey White.

“Miller’s current whereabouts are unknown, but he has family, friends and associates in the Keene NH area,” according to White, who added in a statement that the fugitive should be considered armed and dangerous.
