Marshals: Newmarket Convict Violated Supervised Release
Kevin Poole was convicted in 2010 of making false statements while obtaining a firearm.

This week’s Fugitive of the Week is Kevin Poole, 36, formerly of Massachusetts and Newmarket, who is wanted by U.S. District Court for a supervised release violation after being convicted of making false statement during the acquisition of a firearm.
Poole, who is currently on supervised release, was convicted in 2010. The warrant for his arrest was issued on Feb. 5. His last known address was in Newmarket but Poole also has ties to communities in northern Massachusetts, according to Deputy Marshal Jeffrey White.
Poole is described as 6-feet, 1-inch tall, weighing around 180 lbs., with brown hair and eyes, and light skin tone. He has numerous tattoos on his arms and neck, including one, “Wootang Clan,” on his left arm.
