Marshals Seek Alleged Sexual Assaulter
Fugitive Carlos Bolieiro is wanted on three counts against a teen under 16.

This week’s New Hampshire Joint Fugitive Task Force Fugitive of the Week is Carlos Bolieiro, 53, who is wanted on three counts of aggravated felonious sexual assault against a juvenile under the age of 16, according to the U.S. Marshals Service.

Bolieiro is white, 5-feet, 8-inches tall, and weighs about 175 lbs. He has brown hair and eyes and medium skin tone. Has body has numerous tattoos including a black panther head on his upper right arm, a panther with a snake on his upper left arm, and Pegasus and the name Pamela on his back. Other name tattoos on other parts of his body include Kevin, Kyle, and Kaylie.

The warrant against Bolieiro was issued about two years ago and is based out of Hooksett where he was last known to live but allegedly fled before being apprehended by police. He also has family in the Nashua, Hudson, and Manchester areas of New Hampshire as well as Massachusetts.
“Bolieiro was born in Portugal and possibly might have fled the U.S. to avoid arrest,” according to Deputy Marshal Jeffrey White.
